    Beantown

My friend Keith, who’s known me longer than just about anyone, finished his master’s degree in education this past December through Boston University’s online program. The graduation ceremony is this May, and I’m going up to Boston for a long weekend to see the town and see Keith walk. I think the flight will run me $200-$250, which isn’t bad (it would be a lot less if I flew out of BWI, but that’s just too far).

The hotel is what’s tripping me up at the moment - Keith & I are going to share a room, but finding anything under $300 a night is tricky, especially since a lot of people are coming in to town for the graduation (I assume). So I’m keeping an eye on Hotwire and hoping to find something inexpensive yet in a good location. This is my first time to Boston, so as usual I’m relying on sites like tripadvisor for reviews & such.

Fingers crossed that we can get a fab hotel room for peanuts!
